Ida Dalessandro-Felix is an Executive Coach that specializes in Organizational Development and Change. She is an accomplished private sector business leader with 28 years’ experience. Her expertise prompted her to work in staff development and training on an international level presenting to thousands of individuals.

For twelve years, Ida developed and cultivated her own successful businesses. For several years, she has served in the role of an Executive Coach & Consultant, specializing in Individual and Organizational Change.

 Ida holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and an Executive Masters in Organization Development. She is currently developing and publishing a Business Methodology and Change Model for organizations worldwide.
